To evaluate the safety and effectiveness of ReSure Sealant compared to suture(s) for preventing incision leakage within the first 7 days of surgery:
- superior to sutures for preventing postoperative egress
- significantly less adverse events
- 50% of clear corneal incisions exhibited spontaneous wound leakage after cataract surgery
