Terry Kim, MD, Professor of Ophthalmology, Duke University Eye Center, shows a complex cataract case with presumed trauma. After 3 to 4 clock hours of zonular weakness were noted, retractors and a capsular tension ring were used to provide support to the capsular bag. Due to excess manipulation of the incision, the ReSure® Sealant was used to close the wound.
